    Blueberry Salad

    For the Salad:

    * 6 cups arugula

    * 1 cup fresh blueberries

    * 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

    * 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

    For the Dressing:

    * 1/4 cup olive oil

    * 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

    * 1 tbsp lemon juice

    * 1 tbsp honey

    * ¼ tsp each salt and pepper

    Instructions

    Combine salad ingredients in large bowl.

    Prepare dressing by combining all ingredients in a jar with a lid; shake vigorously to combine.

    Toss salad with desired amount of dressing (I only used half) and serve immediately.

    Blueberry Smoothie

    Ingredients

     * ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice

    * 1 medium ripe banana peeled

    * ½ ripe avocado peeled and pitted

    * 2 cups frozen blueberries

    * 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal

    * ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Place all the ingredients in your blender : almond milk, banana, avocado, blueberries, and ground cinnamon.

    Blend until smooth. If you'd like a thicker smoothie, add a small handful of ice. For a thinner smoothie, add a bit more almond milk. Enjoy immediately!
